Operation method
1. Frist open the sealed door of the bedpan washer by stepping on the foot switch.
2. Insert one dirty bedpan into the fastener, which is inside the sealed door, then move away your foot quickly from the foot switch, and then the sealed door is closed automatically.
3. Turn on the water supply valve, the sprayer will simultaneously spray pressurized-water from several different angles, washing the bedpan's outside and inside. It is takes about two minutes to finish washing a bedpan.
4. Take out the clean bedpan, and dry it by airing. (if the bedpan washer is connected with a steam pipe, the bedpan can also be disinfected at the same time. )
Construction
The equipment is made of stainless steel. It mainly consists of shell, interior, frame and linkage. It is also installed with foot switch. The outlet of ordure is connected with the sewer. The four feet of the equipment is firmly fixed to the ground with ground screws. The interior is installed with an outlet, from which the off-gas can escape.
